We represent foreign-invested companies.
FORCA is a registered non-governmental economic organization that pursues the public interest. We represent some 15,000 foreign-invested companies operating in South Korea, supporting them and helping them to guarantee their rights and interests. We also help maintain the business order between our client companies and promote national economic development.
We play a bridging role between the government and foreign invested companies.
FORCA, as the business partner for numerous foreign invested companies, promotes mutual understanding and friendships, and proposes policies to the government aimed at resolving their business difficulties and improving their investment, business management, and living environment. Notably, we have reinforced our communication channels with high-ranking officials, and provide assistance in establishing advanced business management systems throughout the country, creating jobs, and attracting foreign investment in an effort to provide comprehensive, positive support to foreign invested companies.
We play a non-governmental support role on behalf of foreign invested companies.
Our Business Management Support Center, in conjunction with the relevant agencies, provides professional consultation concerning all foreign business procedures from initial foreign investment through tax and tax breaks to company establishment. We also help select and buy factory sites, operate approval and permission procedural services for the establishment of factories and the arrangement thereof, and offer consultation on investors’ settlement in the country. As such, we provide a comprehensive one-stop service for foreign invested companies.
